Tracking and Risk: Tracking links are emailed once the order ships. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or handover. Delays and Damages: Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather) are non-refundable. Report damaged items immediately with photos for inspection claims. Multiple items may ship together when possible.

Approved returns or exchanges incur a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. How to Request a Return or Exchange: Submit your request via info@niovoofficial.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the return. Timeframes for submission: Lagos: within 2 days of delivery Other Nigerian states: within 7 days of delivery International: within 28 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted. Item Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Non-compliant items will forfeit remedies. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a defect is proven, in line with FCCPC guidelines.
