Refund policy

At Niovo Atelier, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, but we provide store credit or one-time exchanges in eligible cases. Approved returns or exchanges incur a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. How to Request a Return or Exchange: Submit your request via info@niovoofficial.com with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for the return.

Timeframes for submission: Lagos: within 2 days of delivery Other Nigerian states: within 7 days of delivery International: within 14 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

Item Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene liners intact. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Non-compliant items will forfeit remedies. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a defect is proven, in line with FCCPC guidelines.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee (minimum ₦2,000) is deducted from the approved store credit or exchange value. Example: For a ₦35,000 order, the fee is ₦3,500. This fee is standard industry practice and applies even for size/fit issues.
