Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

Lagos: ₦2,000–₦5,000, 1–2 business days

Other Nigerian states: ₦5,000–₦10,000, 2–5 business days via courier

International: Calculated at checkout, 5–14 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over ₦50,000 within Nigeria.

Tracking and Risk: Tracking links are emailed once the order ships. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or handover.

Delays and Damages: Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather) are non-refundable. Report damaged items immediately with photos for inspection claims. Multiple items may ship together when possible.
